Our platform uses an automated link verification system to check and approve external links shared by sellers, such as social media profiles, WhatsApp numbers, and website URLs. Verified links are reviewed to ensure they point to legitimate destinations, helping prevent phishing and scams.
This ensures you are directed to official and trusted pages when communicating with sellers outside the platform chat.
Buyers are responsible for verifying sellers before making any payments. We strongly recommend communicating through our platform chat and keeping transaction records.
Check the seller's profile, reviews, ratings, and store history before making any payment. Use platform chat to ask for more details and confirm the product's availability.
Never share your OTPs, passwords, PINs, bank card details, or personal identity documents with any seller or third party through our platform or chat.
Keep all conversations within ComserX chat. This helps maintain a record of discussions and protects you if disputes arise.
Do not send money upfront without solid proof of the product's existence and the seller's identity. Ask for photos, videos, and additional verification if needed.
Whenever possible, meet the seller in a safe, public location to inspect the product before completing payment. Bring someone you trust along.
If anything feels off — unrealistic prices, pressure to pay quickly, or requests for personal information — report the seller immediately.
As a seller, protect yourself and your business by following these best practices when handling enquiries and transactions.
Review the buyer's profile and enquiry details before proceeding. Genuine buyers provide clear contact information and reasonable requests.
Since ComserX does not process payments, always agree on payment method, timing, and amount clearly through chat before arranging delivery or meetup. Keep a record of what was agreed.
Do not click on unknown links sent by buyers. Genuine buyers won't ask you to visit external payment pages or share your login credentials.
Provide accurate descriptions, real photos, and honest pricing. Misrepresentation can lead to disputes and account suspension.
Use the in-app chat to communicate with buyers. This keeps records of all conversations and helps resolve any disputes fairly.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ComserX. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.
Fraud & Scams
Any attempt to deceive buyers or sellers for financial gain
Fake or Counterfeit Products
Listing counterfeit, replica, or non-existent products
Illegal Items
Weapons, drugs, stolen goods, or any item prohibited by law
Misleading Prices
Bait-and-switch pricing, hidden fees, or deceptive pricing tactics
Off-Platform Scams
Luring users to external sites or services to conduct transactions
Harassment & Abuse
Threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behavior towards any user
Identity Theft
Using another person's identity, photos, or information without consent
Spam & Fake Reviews
Posting fake reviews, spam messages, or misleading content
If you encounter any activity that violates our guidelines, you can report it and we will take action.
Use the "Report" button on any product page or seller profile to flag issues immediately.
Our moderation team reviews every report within 24-48 hours and takes appropriate action.
We may suspend or permanently remove accounts that violate our safety guidelines.
ComserX acts solely as a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction that occurs between users of the platform.
